Camp Kanesatake, a Christian youth camp located in Spruce Creek, PA, recently overhauled their dining hall and kitchen area leading up to the summer 2025 camp kickoff. Allegheny Refrigeration had the pleasure of working with their camp director, Seth Hoffman, and the rest of the Camp K staff on to bring theit kitchen to life.
Our install at Camp K included a combination cooler/freezer walk-in unit from Tafco. This combo unit gives the camp kitchen staff ample storage space during the hot summer months to ensure the campers have plenty of food ready to go for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our team also installed a custom dishtable designed in-house by our very own Ron Clark.
The last (and most unique) item our team installed at Camp K was an Econofrost roll-down night curtain which seperates the dish area from the dining area. This roll down allows the staff to clean dishes and cooking equipment without disturbing the campers in the dining hall.
